Hello fire fighters,

this update brings you a finetuned and shorter tutorial, some sound fixes and another feedback patch for your fire engines which makes it more clear that you can only drive on streets.
The fire spread time has been increased from 4 to 6 seconds (without wind) to allow for a more relaxed gameplay.
